Important Notice for this weekend 24th and 25th April

15 Apr 2021

It was great to welcome people back to the club last weekend. The weather is forecast to be fair for this weekend when we have our First Xl home on Saturday, and our Fourth Xl at home on Sunday following a nail-biting tie in their first ever league fixture at Heyside last week. We do need to remind everyone, in line with government and ECB requirements, we will be once again implementing an at seat, outdoor service for drinks orders and consumption. The clubhouse will only be open for the toilets which should be accessed by the bottom kitchen door only.

Please note the number of benches at which we can serve at will be limited so it’s very much a “first come, first served” operation. We won’t be able to take orders at the benches on the banking adjacent to the park.

Also, the drinks service is available for MEMBERS ONLY. You must be able to produce your membership card otherwise our staff cannot serve you. Anthony will be on hand to renew people’s cards as required but please complete registration before coming to the ground.

If you want to renew or sign up for social membership the link is ON THIS WEBSITE in the MEMBERSHIP section.

We ask that our visitors follow the outdoor guidance on hospitality and wider social gathering limits (2 households or rules of 6).

Unfortunately, the rules also prohibit people from watching the game if they are not seated in one of our designated drinking areas and have therefore not purchased a drink. One parent/guardian of players under 18 can attend in a safeguarding capacity.

The matches will be streamed on the GCC Youtube feed at :

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tsqwRiT6bww

In summary we ask that patrons do not bring their own drinks, wander around the ground or stand drinking.

Thanks for your support and roll-on May 17th when we all hope things will be easier
